1. Touch Create.
2. Slide open the keyboard and enter your first name.
3. Touch the Last name field and enter your last name.
4. Touch the Username field and enter a username for your account.
5. Touch Next. Your phone will communicate with Google servers to determine whether or not your username is available. If it isn’t, you’ll need to select another one. If it’s available, you can continue with the creation process.
6. Enter a password for your account (8 characters minimum). The strength of your password will be assessed as you type; try to create one that is rated “strong.”
7. Touch the Confirm password field, enter the password again, and touch Next.
8. Select a security question from the drop-down menu, and then touch the Answer field and enter the answer.
9. Touch the Secondary Email field and enter another email address at which you can be reached in case your Google Account password is ever lost.
10. Touch Create.
11. Read the Google Terms of Service. To continue, touch I agree, Next.
12. Enter the characters you see in the picture, and then touch Next.
